How to read this

Phoenix research is longitudinal and observational: we follow real APOE4 carriers over time and compare each member with their own earlier self, with no placebo group, no randomisation, and members choosing their own interventions.

That means these are strong signals pointing at what to test next, not proof of cause. Most nutrition, supplement and lifestyle research you read online has exactly the same design. The difference is that we say so, and we show you the confounders.

Collecting evidence

No answer yet: Energy rating

Phoenix has not yet published an active Issue 01 pair for Energy rating. The next step is to collect a shared baseline, a clear change, and a repeat measurement.

Every carrier who logs a dated start and a repeat test moves this page closer to an answer, including you.

Stretching

!Record withdrawn

The earlier stretching-improves-energy headline was retracted after it weakened at higher support floors and inert placebo tags outscored exercise.

This result was withdrawn: The p-value headline failed the support-floor and placebo-tag controls and is excluded from active evidence.

Turn evidence into your next test

Magnesium and homocysteine is 7 members from an answer.

Forty carriers with a dated start and a repeat blood test close it. Creatine, vitamin D3 and B12 sit further back. Your next blood test is somebody else's answer, and theirs is yours.
