I built Phoenix because I needed it.

At the end of 2024, I learned I carry two copies of APOE4. I panicked. I read everything I could find and bought every supplement on Amazon.

I had spent years working in healthcare. Yet when it became personal, I still needed an answer: what should I do next, and how would I know whether it helped?

So I built the system I wished existed.

The answers I kept finding were to wait for symptoms or buy something promising a solution. I wanted a way to act now and learn from my results.

I am a Doctor of Pharmacy. My clinical residency was in a geriatric hospital in France. I later advised hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, including on Alzheimer’s drugs, and founded healthcare and AI businesses.

That background gave me tools to build with. So I became Phoenix Member #1.

I started by measuring my own progress.

I recorded what I changed and followed my results. Over seven months, this is what changed for me.

One person can learn. A community can learn more.

My results gave me better questions. What helped other APOE4 carriers? Which findings applied to people with my starting point? What could we learn by recording our changes together?

I want answers that hold up at work, while travelling and through imperfect weeks. Phoenix brings research, personal protocols and member experience together so we can keep learning from what changes.
