Neurofilament Surveillance Project (NSP)
This is a blood-collection study, not a drug test. Researchers are measuring neurofilament, a protein that can signal nerve cell damage, in people from families with inherited frontotemporal dementia (FTD) gene changes, and comparing them with people without those changes. No treatment is given, and no phase applies.

- Ages 18-85
- Provision of signed and dated informed consent form
- Stated willingness to comply with all study procedures and availability for the duration of the study

- Is a member of a family with a known mutation in C9orf72, GRN or MAPT
You're excluded if
