I'm Dr. Kevin Tran, and I review every result before Phoenix APOE4 Research publishes it. I carry APOE4/4, the homozygous genotype with the highest known genetic risk for Alzheimer's, and I built this research because I needed it myself and it did not exist.

I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. I completed a clinical residency at one of France's leading geriatric hospitals, then spent years in healthcare strategy consulting, advising big pharma on Alzheimer's drug and pipeline strategy. That work put me inside how Alzheimer's research actually gets run, funded, and reviewed, years before I needed any of it for myself.
In December 2024 I found out I carry two copies of APOE4, the genotype that put my own risk far above average. I founded The Phoenix Community in March 2025.
Nobody was tracking what actually works.
Nobody was tracking what actually happens when APOE4 carriers change their supplements, medications, sleep, and daily habits, over time, in real life. The clinical literature on APOE4 is real, but it rarely tells one carrier what to try next or whether it worked for someone like them. So I built the place to do that tracking, in public, with real people's real numbers.
I review every result Phoenix publishes myself, before a member ever sees it, because I would not trust a health claim I had not checked personally, and I do not expect you to either.
Dated. Repeated. Adversarially checked.
Every Phoenix result starts with a dated baseline, a logged start, and a repeat measurement, never a guess or a memory. I run each finding through adversarial review: independent analysts who have not seen each other's queries check the same data, then I adjudicate the differences line by line before anything ships.
When a result does not survive that review, Phoenix publishes that it failed, not only the wins. Read the full methods and the 20 limits behind every signal.
