Group buying and one shared AI save you $2,061 a month versus doing this alone.
Phoenix isn't cheaper because the work matters less. It's cheaper because we buy in bulk, I built the AI once, and we split the cost across the whole community. The same stack, a fraction of the price, and none of the hassle of assembling it yourself.
One $69 membership does the work of $2,130 in separate bills.
“The functional medicine doctor was $600–700 an hour, his prices kept climbing until I couldn’t afford him. I still spend over $400 a month on supplements. It’s an expensive journey, but you can’t put a price on your cognition.”

What we can actually promise.
Try Phoenix risk-free.
89% of members see measurable improvements in APOE4 biomarkers in 3 months. Try Phoenix for 60 days, and if you're not seeing the value, send one email and get every penny back. No questions, no friction, no claw-backs.
Phoenix isn't for everyone.
I built it for carriers who refuse to “wait and see.” Read the two lists below. If the left one sounds like you, you'll fit right in. If the right one does, save your money, with our blessing.
Phoenix is for you if…
- You carry APOE4 and refuse to just "wait and see"
- You've watched a parent or grandparent decline, and you're determined to write a different story
- You want evidence-based protocols, not blog-post advice
- You're ready to track your biomarkers and measure how your full stack changes them
- You want a community that gets it, not another Facebook group
Phoenix is probably not for you if…
- You're looking for a magic pill or a quick fix
- You're not willing to get bloodwork done at least once
- You want medical diagnosis or treatment (we're a prevention community, not a clinic)
32% of our members are healthcare professionals.
Neurologists, nurses, physicians, researchers, who carry APOE4 themselves. Phoenix meets the standard doctors set for their own health.
“You have exceeded expectations on every front. We all appreciate your skill and attitude!”

“One thing I really like about Phoenix is how we’re so much looking at the evidence. The community lets me talk through decisions without burning out the people closest to me.”

Inner Circle is our concierge tier. Everything in Core, plus a personal onboarding and a quarterly working session with Dr. Kevin Tran, your own dedicated APOE4 coach on demand, the features you want built into the app, and your own Phoenix AI trained on all your health documents.
We never take money from pharma, supplement brands, or intervention companies. Zero sponsorships = zero bias.
Bottom line: Ember to join the community, Core to track and optimize with data, Inner Circle to do it all with Kevin and a coach beside you.
Yes, and you'd be in good company. About 17% of Phoenix members are here for, or alongside, someone they love: a parent, a spouse, a partner.
Maybe you carry APOE4 yourself and you're also caring for a family member. Maybe you don't know your own status yet, but someone close to you was just diagnosed. Maybe you're simply the person in your family who refuses to wait and see.
Phoenix works the same either way. The community, the protocols, the tracking tools, the clinical-trials engine, all of it applies whether you're optimizing your own biology or learning everything you can for someone else's. And because caring for someone with cognitive decline is itself a known risk factor, the work you do here protects you, too.
You're not alone in this. Come as you are.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade anytime directly from your account settings, Ember to Core, or Core to Inner Circle.
We prorate your payment, so you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Many members start with Ember to explore the community, then move up to Core when they're ready to track and optimize, and to Inner Circle when they want Kevin and a coach in their corner.
We don't offer a free trial, but every plan comes with our 60-day money-back guarantee, if you're not seeing the value, one email gets every penny back, no questions asked.
This gives you plenty of time to experience the community, get matched with a pod (Core members), and see real results.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Within your first 60 days, cancelling means a full refund, every penny back, no questions asked.
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No cancellation fees
- Your data stays available if you decide to rejoin
We don't believe in complicated cancellation processes, because if Phoenix isn't working for you, the last thing you need is friction. If you stay, it should be because it's delivering results.
Phoenix AI proposes experiments tied to your goals, and you can record every intervention you run, including changes that overlap. Your daily check-ins automatically feed the data; you don't log anything new.
After the duration ends, Bayesian math compares your baseline to the experiment period, weighing adherence, effect size, and direction match, and returns a confidence score for the recorded period:
- Strong (75%+ confidence), a clear improvement signal during this period
- Suggestive (50–74%), the signal is there but we want more data
- Needs more data (<50%), not enough yet to call it
For biomarker experiments like LDL, HbA1c, or vitamin D, your next labs extend the same before-and-after record. Today Phoenix can measure whether the full recorded stack moved with your results, but it cannot reliably separate interventions that overlap. I am building pooled analysis across de-identified member patterns to help isolate which interventions worked and which did not.
It tells you how strong the measured change was during an experiment period, based on more than one good week or a placebo bump.
The confidence score weighs your starting evidence (a research grade A–D), your adherence to the protocol, the actual size of the effect, and whether your numbers moved in the direction expected.
Sometimes the period shows a strong signal. Sometimes it needs another two weeks. When interventions overlap, Phoenix keeps the individual attribution unresolved instead of pretending the current score separated them.
The next step is the pooled engine I am building: enough repeated, de-identified member data to help identify which concurrent interventions worked and which did not.
Anything Phoenix can measure: supplements, sleep protocols, exercise routines, dietary changes, stress practices, time-restricted eating, and more.
The outcome metric can be:
- A daily check-in score (sleep quality, mood, energy, focus)
- A blood biomarker (LDL, HbA1c, ApoB, vitamin D, hs-CRP, and dozens more)
- A cognitive game score
Phoenix AI starts by proposing experiments tied to your goals and your data. You approve which ones to run. The AI doesn't run protocols on you, it suggests them, you decide.
Most members join while already taking supplements, exercising, and eating clean.
Here's what changes:
1. You'll see whether your full stack is moving the needle - Quarterly biomarker tracking shows how your results changed alongside every recorded intervention
2. You'll know what's right for YOU - APOE4-specific context for your results (Is ApoB 75 good for E4/4? Now you'll know)
3. You'll stop wasting time and money - No more guessing, no more switching protocols every month
4. You'll have backup - When you plateau, your pod troubleshoots it with you
You're not starting from zero. You're upgrading from flying blind to flying with instruments.
Yes, and this is one of the biggest things Core membership unlocks.
Most APOE4 carriers find out about a trial after the cohort is full. Phoenix flips that with the Clinical Trials engine, live in the app today:
1. Every APOE4-relevant trial, filtered to you - We pull every study from ClinicalTrials.gov (the NIH/NLM registry) and check it against your profile each morning, age, genotype, sex, country, and your eligibility profile (cognitive status, medical history, MRI contraindications, prior amyloid status).
2. You'll know if you may qualify in seconds - Each trial card shows a green "Matches your profile" badge with the reasons spelled out, or a "Doesn't match, see why" affordance you can read in two clicks.
3. One-tap interest, warm intros - Express interest in a single click. Our research team handles the introduction so the sponsor sees a real, ready-to-recruit APOE4 carrier instead of a cold application.
4. First-line access to Phoenix partner studies - On top of public trials, you get priority placement on early-access programs we run directly with medtech partners. We're in active discussions with Alzheon and other pharma sponsors for upcoming recruitment.
The bottom line: 675+ APOE4 carriers in one place is real leverage. As we grow, sponsors come to us.
Facebook groups are where you go to share fear. Phoenix is where you go to beat the odds.
Facebook: Someone posts "Should I take fish oil?" and you get 47 opinions, zero data, total confusion.
Phoenix: You track fish oil for 12 weeks, your ApoB drops 18 points, you share the data with your pod, and now you KNOW it works for you.
Facebook: 10,000 members with zero accountability. Scroll, react, forget.
Phoenix: A matched pod of 2-4 people with the same goals. Weekly check-ins. Real accountability = real progress.
We're not a support group. We're a research collective. Every member is both scientist and subject.
Phoenix is built for busy people with full lives, not just health fanatics.
- 1 hour: Pod check-in and protocol review
- 1 hour: Implementing this month's experiment
- 30 min: Tracking and adjustments
Want to go deeper? You can. Need to keep it simple? That works too.
The system adapts to your life, not the other way around.
- Energy and clarity: 2-4 weeks
- Biomarker changes: 8-12 weeks
- Long-term trajectory shift: 3-6 months
