Free tool · For APOE4 carriers
Your labs say normal. Are they optimal for APOE4?
Lab ranges describe the general population. Phoenix uses stricter brain-health targets for carriers. Enter a few numbers from your last blood test and see where you stand.
Private by design: your numbers never leave your browser.
Check your lab values
Fill in any you have. Leave the rest blank. Results appear as you type.
Your results show next to each marker.
This is education, not medical advice. A result outside a target is a reason to talk with your doctor, not to change a medicine or supplement on your own.
Why no Lp(a)? It is mostly set by your genes, so Phoenix reads it once as a risk level (the National Lipid Association categories), not as a target to work toward.

Upload your blood test PDF. Phoenix reads every marker it supports against APOE4 ranges, tracks your changes over time and helps you choose what to try next, with other carriers beside you.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions.
Do my numbers leave my device?
No. The comparison runs in your browser. When the page opens it loads the ranges Phoenix uses, and after that nothing you type is sent anywhere: not to Phoenix, not to analytics.
If you ask for the free guide, the form sends your email and your APOE4 status. It never sends your lab values.
Where do the targets come from?
They are the same ranges the Phoenix app uses when members upload a blood test: the stricter brain-health targets Phoenix sets for APOE4 carriers. Most rest on research in the general population, read with APOE4 in mind. Few studies set targets for carriers alone.
What does "Room to improve" mean?
Your result is inside the usual lab range but outside the Phoenix APOE4 target. "Out of range" means it is outside the usual lab range itself.
Why is Lp(a) missing?
Lp(a) is mostly set by your genes, so it is measured once and read as a risk level, not a target to work toward. Phoenix uses the National Lipid Association risk categories for it, and the checker leaves it out rather than invent a target.
Where does the omega-3 index target come from?
Research links an omega-3 index of 8% or more to lower heart risk. Phoenix aims for 10-12% for carriers, above that level. That higher aim is a Phoenix choice, not a target proven for the brain. Above 12% is fine: going higher brings no extra benefit.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is education, to help you prepare questions for your doctor. Do not start, stop or change a medicine or supplement based on this page.
