Comparative Effects of Integrated Versus Sequential Approaches to Dual-Task Training in Elderly With Mild to Moderate Cognitive Impairment
This trial compares two ways of doing dual-task training in older adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. One approach layers the cognitive and physical tasks at the same time from the start. The other introduces them separately before combining them. Researchers will measure cognitive function, balance, and mobility before and after. This is a Phase NA behavioral study, meaning it is comparing two training methods, not testing a drug.
You may qualify if
- Age > 55 years
- MoCA: 10-25
- MMSE: 10-23
- Diagnosed cognitive impairment
- Able to participate in training
You're excluded if
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Severe physical sensory limitations
- Unstable medical conditions
- Participation in other trials
