NCT07764250 · RECRUITING

Comparative Evaluation of Immediate vs Progressive Standing Dual Task Training in Elderly With Mild and Moderate Cognitive Impairment

This trial tests two versions of standing dual-task training for older adults with mild or moderate cognitive impairment. One group starts at full difficulty immediately; the other builds up gradually. Researchers are measuring balance, thinking skills, mobility, and quality of life. This is a Phase NA study, meaning it is a direct comparison of two exercise approaches rather than a drug trial — no approval process is involved.
