NCT07652775 · RECRUITING

rTMS Combined With Aerobic Exercise for Older Adults With Mild Cognitive Impairment and Comorbid Depression

This trial is testing whether repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) — a non-invasive brain stimulation technique — combined with stationary cycling improves thinking, mood, sleep, and physical function in older adults who have both mild cognitive impairment and depression. Participants are randomly assigned to rTMS alone, rTMS plus cycling, or a sham (inactive) rTMS plus cycling. Phase NA means this is a practical intervention study, not a drug approval trial.
