Rare Disease Patient Registry & Natural History Study - Coordination of Rare Diseases at Sanford
This is not a drug or treatment trial. It is a free patient registry run by Sanford Research in South Dakota. People with a rare disease, an undiagnosed condition, or who carry a rare disease gene share health information, so researchers can find participants and study these conditions. No phase applies, and nothing is being tested.
You may qualify if
- Diagnosis of a rare disease, a disease of unknown prevalence, undiagnosed or an unaffected carrier of a rare/uncommon disease
You're excluded if
- Diagnosis of a disease which is not rare
