NCT07610291 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Cognitive Care Bundle for Ischaemic Stroke : A Pilot Randomised Controlled Trial

This pilot study tests whether a package of care steps helps protect thinking skills after a stroke. The steps include daily home blood pressure checks, weekly doctor calls, a dietitian visit, and hearing, vision, and mood screening. Researchers compare thinking scores at 3 months against standard care. It is an early, small feasibility study, not proof that it works.
