Cerebro Spinal Fluid Collection (CSF)
This study collects cerebrospinal fluid, the fluid around the brain and spine, through a lumbar puncture (spinal tap). Researchers want to see whether Alzheimer's markers also change in other dementias, and to find markers unique to each one. The goal is better diagnosis. No phase is listed, and it does not test a drug.
You may qualify if
- Patients with lumbar puncture (LP)
- Patients with accurate clinical diagnosis
You're excluded if
- Patients who do not have a lumbar puncture
- Patients for whom no accurate diagnostic information is available
