Transforming Maternal Mental Health Care
This trial tests a digital platform called Lōvu designed to support mental health during pregnancy. Researchers are comparing women who use Lōvu alongside standard prenatal care against those receiving standard care alone. The goal is to see if the platform is practical to use and if patients and clinicians find it helpful. This is a feasibility pilot — meaning it is an early-stage test of whether a larger study is even worth running, not a proof that the tool works.
You may qualify if
- Pregnant people receiving care at University of Utah Clinics
- Less than 14 weeks gestation at enrollment
You're excluded if
- Patients enrolled in other studies utilizing remote monitoring
