Therapeutic Cuddling in Critically Ill Children
This pilot study tests whether a structured program of therapeutic cuddling is practical to run for critically ill children in one pediatric intensive care unit in Calgary. Researchers will also track pain, agitation, and delirium. It is a small feasibility trial, meaning it checks whether a larger study could work, not whether cuddling helps.
Eligibility criteria
Inclusion Criteria: - expected duration of admission of > 48 hours. Exclusion Criteria: * Previously enrolled
