NCT06413849 · RECRUITING

Telephone-coached "Graphic Narrative" Bibliotherapy for Dementia Caregivers

This study tests whether reading graphic narratives, which are story-based comics, with phone coaching can ease depressive symptoms in people caring for a family member with dementia. It compares them with a group that gets a booklet. The trial has no phase because it tests a behavioral approach, not a drug.

You may qualify if

  • provide unpaid care to a person diagnosed with early to moderate stage dementia;
  • provide at least 14 hours of care a week for at least 3 months
  • aged 18 years or above

  • with cognitive impairment
