NCT05858008 · RECRUITING

Feasibility of Implementing Time-restricted Eating in Women With Mild Cognitive Impairment

This trial is testing whether time-restricted eating, which means limiting meals to a specific window of hours each day, is practical and manageable for postmenopausal women who already have mild cognitive impairment. It is a feasibility study, meaning researchers are not yet trying to prove it works. They want to know if women can actually stick to it before designing a larger test.
