NCT03821857 · Phase 4 · RECRUITING

Sex-Specific Effects of Endocrine Disruption on Aging and Alzheimer's Disease

This study looks at whether a woman's ovarian hormones are linked to how the brain ages and to Alzheimer's risk. Participants get a brain scan using flortaucipir, a tracer that shows tau, a protein tied to Alzheimer's. It is a Phase 4 trial, meaning the tracer is already approved, and it is used here as a research tool.
