Brain Heath Service for Prevention of AD
This is a brain health service in Hong Kong that checks memory and thinking, and asks about lifestyle, to find each person's Alzheimer's risk factors. People who may have early changes or higher risk can get a medical referral or education, such as a tailored lifestyle plan. Phase is not applicable, since no drug is being tested.
You may qualify if
- 1. Hong Kong citizens, between 55 - 80 years old.
You're excluded if
- 1. No known diagnosis of dementia or other diseases that may affect cognition, e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease, brain infection, major head injury, major depression, obstructive sleep apnea, alcoholism (e.g., daily > 2 standard drinks for male and > 1 standard drinks for woman).
- 2. Subject who cannot understand Cantonese
