NCT07826663 · RECRUITING
Telephone-Coached Sleep Bibliotherapy for Dementia Caregivers
This trial tests whether an 8-week program of sleep self-help reading, paired with phone coaching, improves sleep for family caregivers of people with dementia. It is compared with a plain educational booklet. Researchers track sleep quality, stress, and quality of life for 3 months afterward. Phase is not applicable because it is a behavioral study, not a drug trial.
