NCT07824245 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Advancing Ethical Goals In Society Trial

This trial tests a video and counselor based Advance Care Planning program for older adults with dementia or high mortality risk. It measures whether the program increases documented care wishes and care that matches those wishes, plus effects on hospitalizations, hospice use, and costs. It is not testing a drug or treatment for Alzheimer's itself, just a communication and planning tool.
