A Postmarketing Study of Lecanemab for the Treatment of Participants With Alzheimer's Disease
This is not a drug test but a real-world safety tracking study of lecanemab, an already-approved Alzheimer's drug. It follows people already taking or who have taken lecanemab, watching for brain swelling or bleeding (called ARIA) and other side effects, including how these risks connect to APOE genotype. No new treatment is being tested.
Eligibility criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Enrolled in ALZ-NET * Either currently receiving or previously received lecanemab-irmb. Exclusion Criteria: -None
