NCT07789314 · RECRUITING

Just-in-Time Coping Prompts for Reactive Digital Behavior in College Students

This study tests whether short coping messages, sent to a phone at moments when emotions are shifting fast, change what college students do next. It looks at angry online reactions, drinking, and emotional eating. Students wear a wrist device for about five weeks. It is a small pilot, checking whether the approach is workable.
