NCT07787182 · Phase 1 · RECRUITING

A Study of LY4405094 in Healthy Participants and Participants With Alzheimer's Disease

This early trial tests LY4405094, an experimental drug from Eli Lilly, in healthy volunteers and people with Alzheimer's. Researchers are measuring safety, how much of the drug reaches the bloodstream and brain fluid, and levels of an Alzheimer's-related brain protein. It is a Phase 1 trial, meaning a first look at safety, not proof it works.
