Caring Recharge Project for Caregivers of Individuals With Alzheimer's Disease

This trial is testing a behavioral program called Recharge Behavioral Therapy, designed to reduce stress and depression in people who care for someone with Alzheimer's or dementia. It compares RBT against a standard education and resources program. This is a Phase 2 trial, meaning researchers are testing whether it works and is safe, not yet proven or approved for widespread use.

You may qualify if

  • Care for an individual with Alzheimer s Disease or other dementia.
  • Have a Smartphone or tablet with Internet access.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Spend at least 8 hours/week caring for a person with dementia.

You're excluded if

  • Severe psychological or physical illness.
  • Inability to read and follow instructions.
  • Unwillingness to participate in all aspects of the study.
