NCT07690280 · RECRUITING

Web-Based Psychoeducation for Dementia Caregivers

This trial tests a 6-week web-based program that teaches family caregivers about dementia symptoms like agitation, anxiety, and poor sleep, and helps them track those symptoms. The main thing measured is caregiver confidence in handling them. It's a behavioral study with no drug, and no phase applies. Participants are in Taiwan.

You may qualify if

  • Currently the primary caregiver of a community-dwelling person diagnosed with dementia by a physician.
  • Able to read and understand Chinese and able to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with Internet access.
  • Willing to participate in the study and complete the required study procedures and questionnaires.

You're excluded if

  • Unable to read or understand Chinese.
  • Currently caring for a person with dementia who resides in a long-term care institution, such as a nursing home or residential care facility.
  • Unable to comply with study procedures or complete the questionnaires due to physical or psychological conditions, as assessed by the researcher.
