NCT07661368 · RECRUITING
Cooking Health-Oriented Meals to Prevent Dementia and Diabetes
This pilot study tests whether cooking classes, in person or at home, help people feel more confident cooking healthy meals. Cooking confidence is the main outcome measured. The longer-term idea is that healthier eating and mentally engaging cooking might support brain and metabolic health. It's a small early-stage behavioral study, not a drug trial, and no phase applies.
