NCT07660341 · Phase 1 · RECRUITING

SAD Study of CGB3002 in Healthy Participants

This trial is testing CGB3002, an experimental intravenous drug being developed for Alzheimer's disease, in healthy adults aged 18 to 54. Researchers are giving single doses at five different levels to see how the body handles it and whether it causes any side effects. This is a Phase 1 trial — the earliest stage, focused entirely on safety in healthy people, not on whether it helps Alzheimer's patients yet.
