NCT07646054 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Digital Lifestyle Coaching for Alzheimer's Disease Prevention in APOE4 Carriers

This trial is testing whether a year-long digital lifestyle coaching program can improve blood-based markers linked to Alzheimer's risk. Twelve hundred participants will be randomly assigned to either 16 virtual coaching sessions or an education-only control group. Researchers will track plasma p-tau217 and other biological markers via finger-prick blood samples. This is a Phase NA behavioral trial — it is evaluating whether the approach works, not testing a drug.
