NCT07568093 · RECRUITING

PARO-agitation-study

This study tests whether PARO, a robotic baby seal that responds to touch, voice and movement, can reduce agitation in adults after abdominal (visceral) surgery. Staff check agitation, pain, anxiety and delirium twice daily for three days. It is a device study with no phase, so it is not a drug trial and nothing is proven yet.
