NCT07251088 · RECRUITING

Dyadic, App-supported Collaborative Care Intervention Trial for Family Caregivers of People Living With Dementia

This German trial tests a support program for families caring for someone with dementia at home. Specialized dementia nurses work with the person and their caregiver, backed by a smartphone app linking them to experts and memory clinics. It measures home care stability, caregiver burden, and behavior symptoms, compared with usual care. Phase is not applicable, since this is a care model, not a drug.

You may qualify if

  • formal dementia diagnosis
  • living in their own home for the person with dementia
  • access to a smartphone and internet for the informal caregiver
  • informed consent of the participant

You're excluded if

  • not able to provide written consent
  • if a legal representative is present, they may give their consent

The sponsor's own eligibility wording, lightly reformatted. The study team makes the final eligibility decision — worth discussing with your doctor.
