NCT07071649 · RECRUITING

Evaluation of a Plasma Marker (p-Tau217) for the Biological Diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease, and Comparison With CSF Markers

This study checks whether a single blood test for a protein called p-Tau217 can match the results of a spinal tap (lumbar puncture) in diagnosing Alzheimer's biology. About 150 memory clinic patients in Amiens, France will give one extra tube of blood. It is a diagnostic study, not a drug trial, so no phase applies.

You may qualify if

  • All patients addressed to the memory center of CHU Amiens with a clinical suspicion of AD, for whom lumbar puncture / CSF biomarkers of AD determination is proposed.

You're excluded if

  • Minor patients
  • pregnant women
  • patients under guardianship
