NCT07054385 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

I-CARE Rural Pilot: Intervention for Rural-Dwelling Dementia Caregivers

This trial is testing a smartphone app called Brain CareNotes designed to help people who care for a loved one with Alzheimer's or a related dementia. Caregivers in rural areas are randomly assigned to the app or a basic education-only app for six months. This is a Phase NA feasibility pilot — the researchers are checking whether the app is practical to use and getting early signals on whether it actually reduces caregiver stress.
