NCT07042087 · RECRUITING

Lifestyle for the BRAin Health - Time Restricted Eating and Mindfulness

This trial tests a nine-month program of mindful yoga, brain training, and time-restricted eating with nutrition counseling for a mostly plant-based diet. Researchers will track thinking skills, a blood marker of tau, fitness, and metabolism in older adults at higher Alzheimer's risk. It is not a drug study, and the phase is not applicable, so it is not testing a medicine for approval.
