Huntington's Disease Biobank: Advancing Remote Monitoring and Deep Phenotyping
This observational study follows people who carry the Huntington's disease gene change. It uses home video, a phone app, wristbands, and blood, urine, and spinal fluid samples to look for measurable signs of how the disease starts and changes. Nothing is being tested as a treatment. No phase is listed.
You may qualify if
- Individuals with a positive test for the HD expansion mutation.
You're excluded if
- Individuals with movement disorders with a negative test for the HD expansion mutation.
