Dementia Care Partner Hospital Assessment Tool
This study tests a questionnaire called CHAT-AD, filled out by family or friends who care for a hospitalized person with dementia. Researchers want to know if it helps the person get better care after going home. It is not a drug. The phase is listed as not applicable, which is typical for behavioral studies. Participation lasts about 14 days.
You may qualify if
- Provide unpaid care to a hospitalized adult relative or partner to help them take care of themselves because of ADRD
- 18 years or older
You're excluded if
- Non-English speaking
