NCT07899372 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

EFFECTS OF AN OUTDOOR MAT PILATES PROGRAM ON NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WITH MILD COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT

Sponsor: Letícia Maria Da Silva

This trial tests whether a 6-week group Mat Pilates program, done outdoors, changes brain activity measured by EEG in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Participants are compared with a group doing Pilates indoors. It has no drug phase because it is an exercise study. Details are limited so far.
