NCT07784868 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Effect of Verbal De-Escalation-Based Simulation on Agitation Management, Perception of Aggression, and Impact of Aggression in Emergency Department Nurses

This study tests whether hands-on simulation practice, added to standard classroom training, helps emergency room nurses handle agitated patients. Researchers will measure nurses' knowledge, how they perceive aggression, and how much aggression affects them. 78 nurses are randomly split into two groups. It is not a drug trial, and no phase applies.
