NCT06624267 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Test of Reproducibility of [15O]H20-PET Assessment of Brain Perfusion

This study tests how repeatable a brain scan is. Researchers use a PET scan with a radioactive water tracer to measure blood flow in the brain, scanning the same people more than once. The aim is to see whether results hold steady, which matters for later research on small blood vessel disease. No phase is listed. It is a diagnostic test, not a treatment.

You may qualify if

  • Age > 60 years
  • No diagnosis of T2D according to WHO\'s criteria.
  • Speaks and understands Danish (required for reliable cognitive testing)
  • Able to provide informed and written consent

You're excluded if

  • Moderate to high intensity training >2 times/week.
  • Previous AMI, atrial fibrillation, significant cardiac valve disease, HFrEF (LVEF \<45%), asthma.
