NCT06292143 · NOT YET RECRUITING

AI4HOPE Pilot Study 2 Digital Dementia Care Planning

This pilot study tests a digital toolkit that helps people with mild or moderate dementia and their families plan future care. It uses a decision support system and wearable body sensors. It is a small early pilot, checking whether the approach is workable, not whether it changes the disease. Details are limited so far.

You may qualify if

  • Mild or moderate dementia of any type
  • Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 16-25
  • Living at home, or in residential or nursing home care
  • Receiving adequate social support

You're excluded if

  • Moderate/severe cognitive impairment (MoCA \< 16)
  • No cognitive impairment (MoCA >25)
  • Inpatient or acute hospital treatment
  • Infectious diseases or lokal skin conditions preventing the use of wearable body sensors

The sponsor's own eligibility wording, lightly reformatted. The study team makes the final eligibility decision — worth discussing with your doctor.
