Early Identification of Markers in Alzheimer's Families / ALFA

The ALFA study is a long-term observational study — no drug or treatment is being tested. It follows adult children of Alzheimer's patients, tracking biological and physical markers over time to understand what happens in the brain years before any symptoms appear. Observational means researchers are watching and measuring, not intervening. Details on current enrollment status are limited.
