Apolipoprotein E Gene and Functional MRI
This study looks at how APOE gene type relates to brain activity seen on functional MRI, a scan that shows which brain areas and networks are active. No drug or treatment is being tested. It is an observational study of people aged 45 to 65 with no memory or thinking problems. Details are limited so far.
You may qualify if
- people aged 45-65 years without cognitive impairment
You're excluded if
- unable to take APOE genotyping or undergo functional MRI
