NCT00211159 · COMPLETED

OmegAD (Omega-3 and Alzheimer's Disease)

This trial tested whether a daily omega-3 fish oil supplement, rich in DHA, could slow memory and thinking decline in people who already have Alzheimer's. Researchers tracked cognitive scores over time. The phase is listed as not applicable, which usually means it was not a standard drug-development trial. It does not show the supplement works.
